XENO+ enable customers to focus only on adding audio Mics, I2C based sensors and Battery power circuits around this ML module for building their new ML edge devices in short time. The XENO+ Nano ML module is suitable for Always-On-Voice (AOV) and AI for IOT application requirements

Product Description

  • Ultra-low power WiFi+BLE5.0 chip with onboard antenna or external antenna for WiFi 2.4G b/g/n and BLE5.0 connectivity
  • Two MCU variants:
    • Nuvoton MCU – ARM Cortex-M23 @ 96MHz, 1MB Flash, 256KB RAM
    • STM MCU – ARM Cortex-M4 @ 80MHz, 1MB Flash, 352KB RAM
  • Syntiant Neural Decision Processor:
    • Syntiant Core 2 NDP120 to run multiple DNN applications up to 256 layers
    • Consumes 55uA in standby mode and thus increases Battery life
  • Firmware update Over The Air (FOTA):
    • Host MCU firmware and
    • NDP120 ML model files from remote FOTA server Over-The-Air (OTA)
