FAQ
Message count is the unit by which user-initiated action is measured by monoZ:Link. Two activities constitute to message count namely, message received by monoZ:Link from device and successfully transferred to user service and message initiated by user to device via downlink.
Message quota is pooled monthly across all devices in the user account. For instance, if user have 10 devices under High data plan, then max acceptable message count for the account is 500,000 messages per month. User is free to use 500,000 messages equally among all devices (ie., device 1~10: 50,000 messages each) or spend it all on one device and not use remaining 9 devices (ie device 1: 500,000 messages and device 2~9: 0 messages). Alarm will be raised to user only when 80% of total message quota is reached for the month.

Through data recharge option users can add another 500MB to their SIM at standard 1NCE data cost. Data recharge can be requested through order management window in monoZ:Link.
Device extension is available for users to extend beyond 3 years at user`s existing plan cost. Get in touch for more details on device extension.
FOTA and Database are Beta rollout services which are accessible only for limited users. Get in touch with us if you want access to these services.
